Dr. Al Dalbhi Biography
Dr. Sultan Al Dalbhi is the esteemed Conference President and Chairman of the Scientific Committee for the 1st Kidney Real-World Conference. He is widely recognized as a visionary leader and a prominent expert in nephrology and organ transplantation in Saudi Arabia. His career, characterized by unwavering dedication and innovative advancements, has significantly impacted the medical field in Saudi Arabia.
Since 2022, Dr. Al Dalbhi has held the position of Chaiman of the Executive Committee for Human Organs and Tissues Donation and Transplantation at the Ministry of Defence Health Services MODHS, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, he has spearheaded initiatives to enhance organ donation and transplantation systems, saving countless lives and elevating patient care standards across the nation.
In parallel, he has been leading the Nephrology and Kidney Transplantation department at Prince Sultan Military Medical City (PSMMC) in Riyadh since 2017. As a Consultant Nephrologist and Director, his transformative efforts have driven significant advancements in nephrology care and kidney transplantation, setting new benchmarks for medical excellence in the region.
In 2021, Dr. Al Dalbhi assumed the role of Chairman of the Saudi Council for Nephrology at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
