Terms and Conditions:

•	All healthcare professionals attendee, full attendance is required to receive CME.
•	Make sure that you are Included in the target audience mentioned in this registration, Conference Target Audience Only will be eligible for CME accreditation.
•	Make sure to fill in the correct information to ensure receiving the CME hours.
•	In Case you registered in two events at the same dates, this event will not be accredited and the fees are non-refundable.
•	Filling the evaluation form after the event ended is a required to receive the CME hours
•	Kindly ensure that your CME hours has been added in your (Mumaris) system (within 5 DAYS after the event); to avoid invalidation of your registration. if your CME hours are not shown in system within the given period, please contact our office immediately on em.team@eliteway-sa.com.
•	All tickets are subject for 15% VAT as per KSA law.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

•	We ensure that delegates wishing to cancel and refund their registration fees are well aware of the process.
•	Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to: em.team@eliteway-sa.com.
•	Cancellations should be at least 30 days prior to the event, cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are not eligible for a refund.
•	Refunds will be processed within 14 days from refund confirmation date, Refund amount will be less 100 SAR for an administrative fees.

Onsite Name Badge Loss:

•	You are kindly requested to wear the Badge at all the time during the conference and gathering events.
•	Replacement for the loss of badges onsite is charged at 50 SAR.

•	Attend Scientific Sessions of the Main Conference.
•	Conference and workshop tickets are sold separately. Buy both for full access.

•	Access Of Exhibition Hall.
•	Conference Materials.
•	Certificate of Attendance.
